Today's meeting The proceedings of the meeting were started under the chairmanship of Mr. Md. Fazlul Haque Sarkar, the honorable chairman of the council.


1st Discussion Matters and Decisions: In today's meeting, the Chairman congratulated all present and sent the minutes of the last meeting, and the decision was unanimously adopted and approved without any amendment.




2nd topic of discussion and decision: In today's meeting, the president said that it is very important to prepare a five-year development plan for each parishad. Because development of Union Parishad is never possible without planning. Projects will be taken up and implemented in every financial year based on the plan. Therefore, to make a five-year plan from 2022-2023 financial year to 2026-2027 financial year, the members of the council and the members are asked to know about the problems of their respective wards. Then each member highlighted the problems of their ward and expressed their opinion on which projects should be implemented first on the basis of priority. Savasati Saheb listened to everyone's views and discussed the issues in detail and formulated the Nimotta Five Year Plan.
