     With due respect, I am a permanent resident of Ward No. 9 of Kuragacha Union No. 4. I am a simple, straightforward, law abiding guy. On the other hand, the defendant is a very clever, cunning and greedy person. The road from Kamarchala paved road to Howda Bill is about 300 (feet) in length and about 14 (feet) in width. From the time of Pakistan rule, cattle-buffalo carts could pass through this road two at a time. Various vehicles used to travel through this wide road along with the people of nearby areas. Presently the defendant Gong has fenced this road with bamboo and also planted some trees. This is causing a lot of problems for around 300 people in the area. No action is being taken even after repeated calls. Last about 1 month ago, the local dignitaries sat to settle the matter and decided that the defendant Gong will keep the road 1.4 (feet) wide and remove the fence and trees on the road. They have also been given some cash for the expenses. But at present they (defendant Gong) are cutting the rest of the road leaving 6 (feet) wide and thus the road has become narrow. As a result, the road has become completely impassable. To say something about this, the defendant came to kill Gong with native weapons. We are very upset about this matter.
